Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the room was spacious with big windows, but unfortunately, it faced the street, which made it quite noisy at times. The service was top-notch with staff being really helpful, although I had to collect a key from the receptionist. The location was convenient, just outside the busy touristy area, close to great bars and restaurants. The dining experience was good with a great selection early on, but later in the morning, some items were not topped up promptly.
The hotel is ideally situated, with fantastic views of Prague, surrounded by charming restaurants and just a short stroll away from major attractions. While the rooms were generally nice and comfy for two, they tended to be a bit chilly at times and lacked some organization. The service was exceptional, especially in resolving minor issues promptly. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a satisfying start to the day. However, the price may not align perfectly with the value received.
The hotel offers spacious and quiet rooms, perfectly prepared for guests, although lacking air conditioning which can lead to some city noise. The service is friendly and helpful but with occasional oversights like forgetting bath towels. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions like Charles Bridge, but the dining options are limited, albeit pleasant. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the one hand, the room was great and comfortable, but unfortunately, the location wasn't as quiet as I'd hoped due to the proximity to a local pub emitting cigarette smoke at night.
The hotel had a fabulous decoration and offered an incredible choice for breakfast. The rooms were smaller than expected and lacked heating, making it a bit cold all the time. The staff was a mix of being very helpful and informative at times but also quite noisy with a vacuum buzzing under the door.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fairly good sized, and the location near Karl's bridge and public transport was convenient. The service from the staff was super nice, and they were truly amazing and helpful. The dining experience was generous and made the hotel's lovely atmosphere even better. However, the noise from traffic and trams passing close by was a bit bothersome.
