I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The location is superb, it offered easy access to various attractions. I appreciated the availability of free coffee and tea at the reception throughout the day, it was a lovely touch.
My room faced the street, so I experienced quite a bit of traffic noise. This was a bit inconvenient , it did affect my sleep quality .

The staff was cheerful. The hotel location is superb, a short walk to many sites. Free coffee and tea are available at reception all day. I enjoyed that service.
The room was a little small. It didn't leave much space to move around. My room faced the street and some traffic noise got in, mostly on the weekend. I needed to keep the curtains closed to have privacy.

i stayed at the hotel for four nights and i found the location superb. it was only a short walk to charles bridge and other attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions. the breakfast had many choices, setting me up well for each day.
the room i had was smaller than expected. there was not much space to open my suitcase fully. this made moving around the room a bit difficult.

The breakfast offered a good selection of food. i saw both hot and cold options, as well as fresh fruit and pastries available daily. The dining area was well maintained and clean.

the breakfast was great (especially the sausages!). there was a good variety of options. the location was also ideal for exploring. it was a short walk to many attractions.
my room was quite small. there wasn't much space for luggage. i had to carry my heavy bags up several flights of stairs.
