amazing location and breakfast!!!
convenient location excellent restaurant friendly staff
The location proved convenient. I found myself just a short walk from charles bridge and a selection of excellent restaurants. the breakfast options were a real highlight, setting me up for my days. i also found the staff very helpful and friendly. Paul at reception helped me book excursions.
the room decor seemed a little outdated, not quite matching the images i had seen online.

The double room was quite spacious and very clean, a big plus. i appreciated that the room included all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the bed was comfortable. I slept well each night.

the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. reception staff offered assistance with directions and local tips. i had easy access to water, juice and coffee all day until 10 pm.

ideal location friendly staff vast selection really good cleanliness
the hotel's location proved ideal, a short walk to the charles bridge. the staff was friendly and accommodating, addressing my queries efficiently. breakfast offered a vast selection, a mix of continental and local options. i found the cleanliness really good, with the room super clean upon arrival.
the room i stayed in was slightly smaller than i anticipated from the online photos, but it was still adequate.

friendly staff superb location
I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The location is superb, it offered easy access to various attractions. I appreciated the availability of free coffee and tea at the reception throughout the day, it was a lovely touch.
My room faced the street, so I experienced quite a bit of traffic noise. This was a bit inconvenient , it did affect my sleep quality .

friendly staff great location small room traffic noise
The staff was cheerful. The hotel location is superb, a short walk to many sites. Free coffee and tea are available at reception all day. I enjoyed that service.
The room was a little small. It didn't leave much space to move around. My room faced the street and some traffic noise got in, mostly on the weekend. I needed to keep the curtains closed to have privacy.

superb location friendly staff extensive breakfast
i stayed at the hotel for four nights and i found the location superb. it was only a short walk to charles bridge and other attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions. the breakfast had many choices, setting me up well for each day.
the room i had was smaller than expected. there was not much space to open my suitcase fully. this made moving around the room a bit difficult.

The breakfast offered a good selection of food. i saw both hot and cold options, as well as fresh fruit and pastries available daily. The dining area was well maintained and clean.

the hotel has a lift that provides access to most floors. it makes transporting luggage easier and it is convenient with mobility issues. the reception area appears well organized and clean!
